St Germain is not only the name of a traditional club from Paris, Ludovic Navarre also worked as a producer under the said pseudonym in the nineties. With his indefinable mixture of house, blues and jazz, he is celebrating considerable success: his last work, "Tourist", received multi-platinum status with over three million units sold worldwide. With his sensational debut album Boulevard in 1995 Ludovic Navarre alais St. Germain enchanted not only fans of electronic music. Five years later he is back with his first album for the renowned Blue Note label, which once again breaks all stylistic boundaries. After more than 15 years, a new studio album is finally out.In the eight pieces he skilfully combines relaxed, vibrating house beats with jazzy grooves and catchy harmonies of African folklore.Whereby Ludovic Navarre alias St. Germain audibly remained the same, but today it is a tiny bit more unpredictable than usual!
